What you're looking for is something like Star Wars Galaxies - it's officially shut down, but it has been resurrected is totally playable, and there are thriving player communities. Check out www.swgemu.com for a shot at an authentic jedi experience, or search "Star Wars Galaxies Legends" for the "nerfed" version of this game that was meant to compete with World of Warcraft. You may need the original CD-ROM discs for Star Wars Galaxies to install the original game, but you can get those off of eBay. They require that for legal reasons. This game meets all the criteria you listed. It's great.
