THANK YOU!
this worked for me, i had the missing MSVCP120.dll error. i just downloaded all three. two didnt want to be installed the third file allowed itself to install and that fixed the issue. when the other two told me they didnt need to be installed i just closed them out. after the 3rd one installed, i rebooted, everything works. thanks for posting this fix

I had the same problem yesterday when updating Origin and the new night map for BF4.
Your solution solved the problem, thank you!
Note: I did repair with the x86, and installed the x64 .exe files to make the error go away. The .arm could not be installed.

Hello @Croakur
You need to download / install the Visual C++ Redistributable Package for Visual Studio 2013 restart your PC and you should be fine.
Run the setup file Origin with Admin rights http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-do-i-run-a-program-or-a-game-as-an-administrator/#2
All my best.

I'm sure it's a matter of a helpful person that isn't able to explain properly due to language differences.
The visual C++ redistributable package for x64 is for the 64 bit Intel CPU operating system. If you are running the 32 bit Intel CPU system, you'd use the x86. If you run an AMD system, you use the ARM package. I suspect the ARM will install either 32 or 64 bit as needed, but I'm not sure since I don't have one handy to see if it does.
I know your problem was solved, but others may see this thread and also need a little understanding.

HI all.
There is no need to download those Visual C++ Runtime. As coldwetn0se suggested, i installed the "vcredist_x64.exe" and repaired "vcredist_x86.exe", both setups being at the Origin folder.
The "igoproxy64.exe" and "msvcp120.dll" related massages did not appear again while running Origin.
Thanks for the help.

It's maybe quiet a little late but there are three versions because Windows 10 Supports 3 processor archetectures.
vcredist_x64 is for 64 bit processors, vcredist_x86 for 32 bit and vcredist_arm.exe for arm processors like the one on raspberry pi 2. You only need to install 64 and 32 bit version for your desktop computer.
P.S. Sorry for my poor english

1. Ok so click on the link above.
2. Click download
3. Make sure all checkboxes are clicked. (no the vcredist_arm.exe will not work but do it just in case)
4. yes check all of them even if it shows you have them because with the windows 10 version one of them needs repaired and the other one just weirdly shows up as not installed even though you can see it.
5. let the program do what is says for you to do it's pretty simple and straight forward.
6. and you are done.
Does this mean that some files from origin are kind of corrupted and not working on windows 10? YES it does. This is just a simplified list on what you are actually doing it's a lot easier than I thought. (source: I just bought this computer literally today and it had this error message, screwed around with it for 3 hours until I stumbled on this post. so I will make a simplified way of getting through the confusion of files that appear to already be on your computer)

Windows 10 (clean install on new SSD, last week)

Origin did an auto update, when I clicked to open it today. Signed in, after the Sign-in prompt finally loaded, and I got a system error, saying the MSVCP120.dll was missing. Not that it matters, but everything had been working beautifully, since I had installed Windows 10 and Origin, last week. This is a brand new build, and currently has only Windows 10, Origin and DA:Inquisition installed.
Normally I would not state the following, but I will not mess around in the registry, so please no instructions that include those as required steps. This is my second time reinstalling everything on this new build, because the original HDD I installed, turned out to be a lemon. Bought an SSD (and a new backup HDD) and basically started from scratch.
Any help or fixes from Origin, would be appreciated.
Thanks.
