Stuck on Reawaken screen

Summarize your bug When getting captured by any of the first bounty hunters the game gets stuck on the reawaken screen. Forever. Tried reinstalling the game multiple times with no luck. I really want to be able to finish the game! please help!
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In Zeffo, during the bounty hunter encounters while returning to the mantis.
What happens when the bug occurs? sometimes it gets stuck in reawaken screen, other the game just crashes.
What do you expect to see? i simply expect to be able to finish the game.

I've had the same exact problem. Can Respawn or EA do something about this because I can't play the game past the Reawaken screen
