I got 2 Red Stingers during Games for Red, and I love them. They're currently my favorite guardian card in the game, and my only regret is that I don't have more of them. Now, I figured these cards wouldn't be too common an occurrence, since you could only buy them and they were only available for a week. You could say the same for Mayflower, and I've seen the Mayflower used a few times. But I can validly say that I have never seen Red Stinger used in Competitive multiplayer. Why is that? It's a great card, especially for Wall-Knight. It can become devastatingly strong behind Wall-Nut (or, even better, Chest-nut) and has flower synergy. Can anyone give me a clue as to why no one uses this?

Red has the option to become 6/2 and is 2/6 for 4 and is a flower synergy-wise.
Pea-nut is 2-4 for 3 and is a nut synergy-wise.
They are pretty much on the same spot I guess. I feel like that especially for Spudow you would rather want a solid nut (no pun intended) than a flower.
I guess this is also true for Grass Knuckles (If you ever wanted to play him defensively) and most likely Citron. So IF Red has a spot its in Knight.

maybe the same reason I never see wall night in ranked games either

6/2 is a very bad plant.
It can be taken out by many things.

No strikethrough, and can be killed by almost anything as a 6/2

I still dont understand what this is supposed to do. For a Plant so versatile in PvZ2 its surprisingly horrible in PvZ:H
I think a 3/4 with:
Team Up
If this is played in front of an other plant gain +3 Health.
If this is played behind an other plant gain a bonus attack after combat.
This would be flavorwise better and a much better card in general..
although its probably smart the the event cards are strong but not mandetory strong

I use it. I have a deck with four of them, and it works great.
I see people saying it is easy to kill as a 6/2 plant. Well, no *.
It's not meant to be used as a 6/2 plant all the time. It should be used as a 2/6 wall 90% of the time.
Only when the zombie hero has used up all their brains on the first phase, and has enough open shield should you put him down as a 6/2. And then you can only count on him for that one turn.

Well, why don't you just use the walnut then?

Ughhh, do I really need to explain the differences between the two?

if this card had team-up, it would be a ton better

Oh, you can use stinger, walnut, AND chestnut to build a wall!
