PvZ Heroes Items

Does anyone know how to get the items for PvZ heroes in GW2? I linked my account and did everything and its not working, and I understand that others have the same problem, are we ever going to get these items? Cause I want them xD

It has been stated that they are "working on a fix" and we have not seen anything yet but still hoping that someday they do fix this for us.
