mass effect 3 (2012) error launching

The game was working perfectly yesterday but for some reason when I launch it today the game had no sound when I was playing (the menu theme and loading had sound) so I tried to restart the game and it shows me an error saying I have to try again later. Please help I have to finish this masterpiece I'm just at the beginning and it feels like a movie.

Create a new Windows user account  (Administrator) don't use local special characters, use only Characters from the ASCII table

• Reboot > Log in to the new user account.
• Test.

Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window. 

Do you own the game or do you have it over the MS Game Pass.

Please preform a clean boot and test the Game in clean boot mode.

Make sure your virus scanner and other security software and also Afterburner and similar software is disabled.

Make also sure that your GPU & CPU are not overclocked.

@holger1405 I can't since I need EA app to launch the game. When I open the game it redirects me to the EA App and it doesn't open since I performed a clean boot

EA app should run just fine in clean boot mode.

• Hit Windows key and X.
• Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator),” or "Windows Terminal (Administrator)", whichever option is offered.
• Inside the PowerShell or CMD, enter “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Checkhealth” without quotes. > ENTER.
• If errors are found, notify us. If no errors were found reaped steps 1 & 2.
• Inside the PowerShell or CMD, enter “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes. > ENTER.
• The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here.
• After it reaches 100%, hit Windows key and X again.
• Again, choose “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command Prompt (Administrator)”
• Inside the PowerShell or CMD, enter “sfc /scannow” without quotes. >ENTER.
• Post the message you receive at the end of the processes here.

@holger1405for the "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Checkhealth" every thing is fine same for "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth"  and fot the last message it's "Windows Resource Protection detected corrupt files and repaired them.
For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at the following location:
windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Example: C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For repairs
offline, the details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag."

In EA app > Click on the 3 lines in the top left > Help > App recovery.

Then repair the game.

(Origin: Game Library > Right-click the game cover > Repair)

(EA app: My Collection > Click on the three dots on the game cover > Repair)
(Steam: Game Library > Right-click the game > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files.)

> Test the game.
