N7HQ login problems

Hi

Up until a few months ago I could login to Bioware's N7HQ website just fine. But for no obvious reason whenever I try recently it directs me to create a new account even though my actual account is clearly still there and recieving data from my multiplayer games. The login details are the same as they have always been and I can't come up with any new ideas ...

Is it trying to get you to create an entirely new profile? Or is it trying to get you to create a BSN ID?

If it's trying to get you to create an entirely new profile, it's asking for you to enter a new e-mail, password, etc.

If it's just trying to create a BSN, then it's just asking for an ID.
