hey i have this problem as well, the weird thing is, i can sign in normally and log on to FUT on another account, but when i try to switch to my main account, its keep crashing as well.

Hello all

As best as I can tell, the issue is being happening because there is a problem with one or more of the friends in your XBL Friends List. Until MS resolves the issue, please try this workaround.

1- Look through your friends list for a friend that does not have a “Change Friendship” option (or potentially multiple friends).
2 - Block that friend in order to remove them from your friends list.
3 - Perform a full console restart, not just a restart of the game or putting the console into sleep mode.
4 - Try reloading FIFA.

If you are unable to find a specific friend that is displaying this no “Change Friendship” option, the next step would be removing friends from your friends list and than performing full console restarts to see if that resolves the issue. I would recommend doing it in batches so that you may not need to remove all your friends if you find the problem ones in an earlier batch.

Would be great to get updates from players here if this is resolving it for you.
