FIFA 19 STUCK ON PRE-MATCH DRILLS

I recently got FIFA 19 this week and whenever I click on any game mode, 90% of the time it gets stuck on pre-match drills. I always have to close the game and restart several times until it plays. Once it does, I can't go back to the main menu because it freezes and doesn't show anything, all the time! This is really frustrating. I'm on pc and I've tried a few versions from gaming websites and they all have the same issue. My machine is pretty fine:

Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11370H @ 3.30GHz 3.00 GHz
Installed RAM 16,0 GB (15,7 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor, all drivers are up to date and memory ain't a problem

Does anyone have an idea of how to resolve this? I've tried re-installing multiple times.

Go to fifa setup and change to the following settings as shown on that photo. It worked for me.
