Unable to join or create squad

Im experiencing a glitch where I cannot play in a squad at all . From the launch bay I can invite players and it will show they joined but they never are actually put in the squad . Also if I invite from the launch window the same thing happens . Also unable to join public squads looking for members . Im not set to private and can play with others in strongholds but cant make or join squads myself . Im on xbox lvl 18 last time I checked
