Burnout Paradise Remastered PC Crashing on initial loading screen

The game keeps crashing on the first loading screen after hitting play on the Origin launcher.

Viewed the other post on this issue and nothing has worked, disabling the overlay doesn't work neither is there anything blocking me on my side to do this.

Any help?

Guys, I managed this problem on my side by uninstall third-party screen-capture program, in my case it is "Allavsoft Video Downloader Converter", if u have some "strange" third-party program like it, try uninstall it!

Yeah. I am still having issues. Tried all that was previously suggested and have no strange devices connected to my PC. I even stepped down from the Beta origin client to the current one to see if that was the issue. Also attempted launching directly from the EXE and a repair on Visual C++ 2017. 
Still no dice. 
I am, however, not on the latest Win 10 feature release (April update); i had that deferred. I don't know if that could be causing the issue... cant figure anything else out.

Same here, tried everything and no solution. I contacted EA help, guess what? Few email, phone call and nothing is working.

I have Win7 64bit and GTX1070.
So My PC spec is enough to run this game.
Please release the patch.
