Origin - Moving Games to Another Hard Drive or System

i located my games already but its stuck on downloading missing files, but its downloading at 0B/SEC. any tips on how to fix it? i tried opening touchup.exe on _installer but it didnt open/wont work

@Lodhar79 just wanna say, i was having this issue with an ea play associated game in the ea app and your original post allowed me to validate the files where previously it was installing the same files over again the game directory.. thanks a lot!
