How do you log into a child account?

Hi,

I'm trying to log into my child account but I don't know how you do it.

I've read that you can't log in on websites and that you need to use the player ID (which i know as well as the password)

So where do you log in for children??? I don't use origin!

Hey @RoosterChicken04 if it is a child account then the only way to log in is through the Origin app.

Is there something in particular that you want to do on the account that would require logging into it?

Yeah, I wanna change the age of it.

How do you access child account settings through the origin app then?

Hey @RoosterChicken04 you cannot change the age on an underage account. When the account is eligible to be an adult account then you will receive an email letting you know at which stage you can add an email to the account.

Hey @RoosterChicken04 you can have multiple accounts linked to the same EA account but we would not recommend doing so and to have a separate EA account for each Gamertag.

Hey @TommyS191 if you are unable to update the account details from the main page of Origin or in your settings then you will need to speak with one of our chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

To  speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to begin a chat.

This is the worst programming I've ever seen. I try to log into Origin, but it says AE is running, but it's not. I have to reboot every time I try this.

I can log in to my account in AE, but I can't log in my daughter who I bought it for. I try to log into Origin but it asks for a product code which it never sent me. It says it's in my e-mail, but it's not in the e-mail it sent me with my order #.

You would think they'd want this to work. How do these companies make any money putting out garbage like this?
