NFS hot pursuit - remastered crashes on PS5 during startup

Paid and downloaded NFS via playstation store. During starup NFS shows a message about blocked scene...then asks to enter EA account and then crashes. Tried to enter EA user id multiple times but it keeps on crashing at thst point. PS5 just shuts down and goes to error reporting page. I have linked my PSN account with EA, thought that it may resolve but no luck. HELP plz.

@cosmoswalker001 Could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps. 

Power cycle the PlayStation console

1. Completely turn off the PlayStation by holding the power button.
2. Wait for the power light to stop flashing, remove the power cable and leave the system for 20 minutes.
3. Reconnect and attempt to launch Safe Mode.
