nfs heat vegetation

hi guys iv been playing nfs heat for a while and it runs great until i changed setup from intel to ryzen 3600 im gpu is  gtx 1080 and 16 gig ram on the ryen it run great but the vegetation  is something from over 10 years ago has anyone came across this ill putpics up

@RestBiteDean this also happens on intel. This is not AMD's fault! It is just the game! When you change certain graphics options this will happen. And if you want it gone you have to restart the game.
