Didn't receive achievements

Hello, I have strange problem,

I didn't get achievement for lvl 2 rep, application of vinyl and winning the race with the changed exhaust sound. 

I have been playing NFS Heat for 2+ hours first time today, and when I finished the time counter showed less than 1 hour of gameplay. 

I will be grateful if you can fix it

@M4teeo that is pretty dumb bruh. But this game in a whole is just bruh. So many issues.
