Device removed error after Black Market Update

Came back to the PC version after the Black Market update to spend that mountain of Bank I have on the PC version and now, regardless of game settings, other applications, car, install location, the game gives the same driver-level crash message of 'device removed error' the very MS the game transitions away from the pre-race camera angles. Game worked perfectly fine for over 160 hours before now at all Ultra settings.
System is an MSI GT83 Titan(I7-8850H, 32gb DDR4 2666Mhz, 2X1080 with one dedicated for PhysX) and this is the first I've run into this issue since mid-game in Payback. Thermals also never go above ~63C peak.

Solution was at least one part of a combo, that combo being DDUing the drivers and installing the Studio drivers.
