Controller not working on heat

So here is how I got my controller(Elite 2) to work.  I unplugged the USB that powers my Astros which is connected to my Xbox One.  Immediately worked.  Didn’t have to unplug any other USBs.  Hope this helps some of you!

I am having this same issue. Unable to select or change profiles. 

Is there a way to provide an update to the top off the feed as to what the resolution is.

Hey folks, can anyone list any USB devices that you have connected to your system, from headsets to usb sticks to hard drives and so on, and can you see if removing them and restarting has any impact for you?

@EA_David I have and elite controller that doesn't work ive tried my normal xbox one controller doesn't work ive tried all sorts and nothings working I have all my games on an external hard drive

@EA_David The game works perfectly if I don't install the update I have it on disc and digital

@Player_dsegmrgo Yep something in the update is definitely a factor here. 

Is the External HDD the only USB device you have connected?

@EA_David I have no USB devices plugged into my xbox, and I only have the controller that came with the Xbox and the issue still persists. I have tried transitioning between wired and wireless and still no luck.
