New event Festival of Colours - event players not rewarded

For new event Festival of Colours the chances per event played are 15% for 89 event player and 40% for 86 event player. There's something wrong with the odds. Played every event for 2 days, so 40 events played, pulled 2x89 and 4x86.

Please review the way event players are rewarded , this is not what you claim it is.

I bought the FoC Finisher promotion bundle. The info says that it includes a "Select 3 of 10 89 OVR FoC Players" pack. However, the given selection is for the 86 OVR FoC players. This is false advertising for a PAID in-app purchase. Please resolve this issue.
