hi, i keep getting this error when i try to load my sims game
 102:4809cdd1-aed10e51

it tells me to restart my game but ive tried that and restarting my pc, i do have mods installed though

Hey @chiak1 have you tried removing all your mods and then trying to launch the game again to see what happens?

hi yes, i found out which mods were causing the issue due to the recent patch and took them out and it works fine now

How did you find it? I’m getting the same error code.

Me too, the only mods I have now are furniture cc and cas cc, no idea what's causing this glitch

Hey all, if seeing this issue it's best to remove all mods and test. You can then start adding your mods back and testing to find any causing issues.
