why is my sim shining

Ok so, I just recently installed the new expansion pack: island living and after that when my sim is in game she has these weird white rectangles on her, and it’s only her and not her husband. Idk if it has to do with any kind of custom content glitch but it’s really annoying, and also the icons in cas some of the icons are white and I can’t see the item!

Ever since the patch for island living there is weird white squares on my Sims. Also my custom content skin details don't show up on my Sims and may custom content hair and eyelashes are completely messed up but I don't know the problem. I don't have any script mods in my game. Just cc. I really need help!

i am having that same problem!  the only mod mod i have is the mc command center! it’s really bugging me!!!

@carriexxsims It’s happened to me too, after I downloaded Seasons. I downloaded the free holiday pack as well, and those items have the same rectangles! I’ve deleted all my script mods but nothing is working.

Trying taking off all of your cc makeup and head jewelry. That fixed it for me.
