Upon logging in to the EA app, A notification popped up that The Sims 4 Bust the Dust Kit was removed from my library for an "unlisted reason." The link to help just brought me to the help page, but that particular problem isn't listed in the help section. This was a game I paid for and was not being played through EA Play. I originally purchased this kit on March 8, 2021. I repurchased it before I logged into my game, so my saves don't get messed up. What the heck EA?

Missing Content: The Sims 4 Bust the Dust Kit
The issue first started on May 13, 2024
App Version: 13.188.0.5701 (83049-aeed74b17c)
PC version is Windows 11
When I logged into the app today, a notification popped up that said, "Removed games: The Sims 4: Bust the Dust kit. This content has been removed for an unlisted reason. Check out our top help topics for more information." As far as I can see, this particular topic is not covered under help, so I am posting here. I originally purchased this content directly from EA on March 8, 2021, and haven't had any issues with it. I repurchased it today so I hope that didn't mess up anything.

I have this same issue, only with 2 kits (bust the dust & country kitchen). The EA app says "This content has been removed for an unlisted reason. Check out our top help topics for more information." - I am very confused, I did not remove these kits, and cannot seem to find any information as to why they were removed via the top help topics. The EA app says that these kits were removed last month, however I just got the notice today when I logged in. I took a screen shot of the little window that pops up saying what content was removed.
I also have the lovely EA app bug where I have no games listed as owned in my library - the only reason I was able to load into the sims 4 at all today was because I have a desktop icon and the game was already installed. This does not excuse my ENTIRE library being missing!
I have never had EA play; I *purchased* all my content with the same EA account, and I am currently logged into the EA app with the same information.

When I opened my EA Desktop today i was greeted with a notification that I had apparently removed Battlefield 4 from my own library. This is FALSE i did NOT EVER request that Battlefield 4 is removed.
Please fix this immidiately, re-instate Battlefield 4 for my account as i NEVER requested this to be removed or changed in ANY way. I am very disappointed to see this notification as i love BF4 and would never EVER remove it from my own library. Please correct this IMMIDIATELY.
i would also like to add that the button that says "Visit the Game Hub to add it back." is simply INCORRECT, when i visit my Game Hub using the link provided, there is NO option to re-instate anything.
I would like some context as to why this happened in the first place as i NEVER requested anything be removed from my account. And if someone is making changes to my EA purchases i need to know as it was done fraudulently.

Funny, I believed I had Sim City 4 too and also the newest Sim City. Both gone from my list and it's only a few months ago I played Sim City but nothing about games has been removed.
EA what is going on?

I opened the EA app to play sims 4 - only to find that Sims 4 is no longer in my library. No Add ons either. It says "Games Have been removed from your library. View details for more information." I clicked the view details and it only comes up with The Sims 4 Bust the Dust Kit & Sims 4 Country Kitchen kit and the date I purchased them, and reason listed says "This Content has been removed for an unlisted reason. Check out our top help topics for more information" - I own all the add ons except for the latest two releases. I've paid for all this content and now it's GONE? This is a complete JOKE.

I've just opened the app to play sims 4, to find out sims 4 and all the add ons I own completely gone. After all that money...

Did you get the base game as part of a subscription that expired such as EA play? If so the base game is required for the packs In this case just get the base game it is free.
