DE/LB pass rush

Ok, I know it's a stupid question,  but if I have a player with 130 quickness and 140 pass rush vs one who has 140 quickness and 130 pass rush, who's getting more sacks?  If possible,  I kinda have the same question about cbs with quickness vs press and which breaks up more passes......
