bought 30days gametime via the swtor website, it took my money but i did not get any gametime at all, says that i havent got a subscription on swtor but the order is there. what do i do?

Support can see a failed 60 day purchase , to fix the issue on your account you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open

Edit: Steam and codes will also fail to add gametime until the account issue is resolved
