I am having issues, my swtor.com username is queenred.

Thank you! Every time I try to add a code or set up a subscription it says: The EA Billing and Management services cannot be accessed at this time. Please try again later.
I have tried resetting the password to both my swtor account and my EA account, set up an authenticator, tried a different browser/incongnito mode and I am still getting the same error.
A few years back I accidentally created a new EA account using my gmail account, when the account with all my games attached was my yahoo account. I had to contact support to get them to change the email on my yahoo account to my gmail account, and delete the new EA account I had created. I suspect that may be the root of my problems, but I am not sure.
I will have a response tomorrow, hopefully it isnt due to the deleted ea account - see https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/close-ea-account/
I am also facing this problem. I am FTP but trying to buy a 60-days subscription and got below reply. My display name is KoolChyester.

My SWTOR username is eyePOOPED. I've been trying to sub for about a week now. I'm a launch player with my Founders title and everything, yet when I tried to get back into the game again I have not been able to subscribe. I get the under maintenance error.

seems it will be monday before i can get a response, calling will be the only way to get an answer quicker
i forgot yesterday was friday , support arent here on the weekend at present
