Stuck on loading screen

I have re downloaded the game and launcher multiple time and it the game still wont load past the splash screen. Im on windows 11.

Try pressing the ALT + Enter keys together a couple of times see if that helps

I had the same problem. After reinstalling and opening ports on both router and Norton I realized that I needed to have DirectX installed. This is a brand new PC build so that was missing. Installed from MS and BAM! everything loads and looks great.
