Recurring Sub via steam not reflected

Hi,

 

I was charged with recurring sub via steam but the game did not reflect subscriber status.

Have waited a few days and issue still persists.

 

Have checked steam forum and it says that I have to submit screenshots to swtor support but there is no e-mail provided.

 

I am greatly disappointed and will like a refund.

Swtor account displayname ? need that to see if any account issues 

 

for the steam purchase , email per the sticky https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/td-p/9356718/...

as to refunds , the purchase is on steam, swtor cannot assist with refunds as the payment was not made to them directly , but they can ensure you get the gametime purchased

Truly disappointed with SWTOR for this. Probably will end my sub after this is resolved.

Just to confirm , support have your email in the queue for an agent , so just need to wait for their reply 

You will need to cancel the swtor subscription in your steam account , it can be repurchased again ok after the gametime support adds ends

me too.. already renew my swtor subs via STEAM, but already +- 2 weeks i have preferred status (not yet subs) in game.. pls help my issue.. already renew from 15 jan, and already contacted swtor supp teams, but still no response at all
