Okay, so I have tried to contact customer support with my issue and no response. I can not login to either the game or my account on the web page and I have tried password recovery. Although I have used the same username and password, including the security key for Andriod and I still am getting login failed.

that link should detach the security key , from there re-attach it again and see if it behaves , just be sure to be using the app released from Jun 15
in the game folder is a log folder can you attach the most recent log
what antivirus are you using ?
might be worth detaching the security key initially , there is directions here just to be sure
what occurred when you tried to reset the password ?
I sent for a new password reset and I never got a response. I sent for the "forgotten" user name and got a response, but nothing for a password reset. I did this for the last two days.
There is also a possibility your origin account and swtor account are linked with the password , if the origin password is different to swtor it may override and origin password will be the password
just to mention just in case.
detaching the key as well is worthwhile if not the above

start with detaching the security key and see if it helps, the log is showing login errors
can also run the repair utility here just to be sure not file related
also the date and time is correct on the pc , just wonder why no log after the 7th
