Can't log in to SWTOR (website or launcher)

Hi, I am able to log in to EA, but am unable to log in to SWTOR on the launcher or website. 

Interestingly, my EA display name is SpearOfTheDragon and my "forgot your display name" prompt in SWTOR launcher is MortisAngeli. 

However, I've tried every combo of the two display names with every password I can think of (and I reset my SWTOR password) - and it STILL won't log me in to SWTOR. 

The SWTOR "lost your password?" prompt no longer sends me an email with a way to reset my password. I'm guessing I've done it too many times recently. 

And when I call the support phone number at 1-(855)-345-2186 , it just goes "beep" and then silence. 

Any advice?
