The Sims 4 is glitchy! [ Edited ]

Wow, I buy seasons and a few expansion packs, and for  Harvestfest, my family stood out in the rain and would not come inside for whatever reason. My host wouldnt even eat till guess what time? Two minutes after harvestfest was over. What an absolute *snip*. I want my money back.
