Cannot submit Spark'd Challenge Storyteller video

Stayed up until 3am and kept trying but no luck. Kept getting error and now contest is closed. Hoping they reach out to those who couldn't submit!

I did the same, and now that I'm awake and still no one has tried to reach out to fix this, I'm extremely disappointed. Today I'll be doing my best to get in touch with someone to see if this can be addressed. It's a shame that so many simmers who worked hard on their entries have been denied a chance to enter this competition because of an error on EA's end. I'll update when I've spoken to someone.

For anyone who's still keeping their eyes on this, I have just finished talking to someone at EA (thanks, Guru!) and they told me that unfortunately since the contest has ended there isn't much they can do, but they will be reporting my case and have told me to keep an eye on the Spark'd site for updates. I'll keep looking around to see if I can get in touch with anyone working on the contest or something. But in the mean time, let's hope they'll offer an extension or an alternate way to submit our entries.

Hello, for @elemmele @AsterRenDecouto @Azucar_Impuro @peafrogsims @crazydee16 @IshaLenaPlays @Tix2opera and anyone else that had trouble submitting their Storyteller video(s).

I've discussed with the team.  You can post your Youtube link(s) here in this thread, as long as the video(s) were uploaded to Youtube prior to the submission deadline (11:59:59PM Pacific Time, August 2).  If you post the link(s) in this thread before 10AM Pacific Time on Friday, August 7th, the team will review them for submission.
