Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.69.59.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? City Living, Pet, Get to Work, University, etc.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open the game via Origin
What happens when the bug occurs? When I start my game, the Home Screen is blank (since the update). I can’t see any of my packs on the Home Screen after my game loads
What do you expect to see? Community, and my Game Packs/Option to purchase new expansions packs
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. After the recent update

@briana371 Are you sure you don't have any mods ? This is usually connected to the UI Cheat extension mod or All Worlds Are Residential by Zerbu
If you are not, please repair your game through Origin.
