Grid Legends online crashes on Quest 2/3 VR headsets

As of two months ago, after the latest update, both of my Quest 2 and my Quest 3’s crash to the main Quest lobby when trying to race ANY mode online. This is affecting many players, and after multiple tickets created, the issue still isn’t fixed, nor even being acknowledged that there’s a bug with the last update. Per my chat with support, I am posting this for upvote visibility support. These are all fresh installs of the game, and unfortunately, Quest isn’t listed as a platform for escalation. I have attached a screen from the Facebook group where many folks are reporting the problem.

You bet! Such a shame that the graphics look amazing on the Q3, but now we can’t play online.

See if the lowest graphics settings work. I'm on PC, but mine crashes while loading races if shadows are set to "ultra high". For this reason, I have everything on highest except shadows.
