2 x OTW

I had to receive 2 OTW prize cards: one because I pre-ordered the ultimate edition until August 14th and the second one because I logged into the game until October 9th. I met these conditions but I only received one prize. There is someone competent from this company to answer me why I did not receive the 2 awards, I have to ask another more serious company that does not make a false advertisement.
