I keep getting an error message when trying to access ultimate team. Can anyone help me. "We are sorry but there has been an error connecting to fifa 20 ultimate team. You will be returned to the fifa 20 main menu."

I have encountered this problem all day yesterday and this morning, I also was in contact with EA help all day and they gave me some “tips” but nothing worked and now they just don’t reply because they can’t help. Lmao what jerks...

@Patrickg35 nah they dont care i contacted then 3 times and they blaimed xbox store even tho it is working perfectly and the only issue is that fut isnt working , but you know it it xbox store problem not ea

I have been looking for solutions in the web all day. Some people are saying delete the saved files becuase they might be corrupt and as login to your router settings and reset the mac address. Im at work so ill try that later. If that doesnt work ill take this as a sign and get refund and forget fifa again this year

I’ve reset my MAC address, deleted the files. Literally uninstalled everything. That didn’t work, I tried to make a new ea/origin account and it won’t even let you. Now EA just ghosts my messages because I tried to do all they said and it doesn’t work still.
