Ultimate TOTSSF guaranteed player pack

Hello, yesterday at 8pm (Amsterdam time), I opened my ultimate totssf pack and got Sancho. I found out on twitter that EA FIFA direct communication said that a lot of people (including me) were affected negatively and would receive a new pack. A lot of my friends already got the pack but I still don't have anything. Is there a way to contact EA or do I have to wait and will I get it later?

I didn't get the pack either. I submitted the sbc before they announced the issue and took down the sbc, but I opened it like after they put up the sbc again. Do they count the time when you submit the sbc or the time you open the pack? I want to contact EA as well, but it's Sunday lol.
