Hello, i bought 12k fifa points but i havent received them yet. I hope this can be fixed soon.

It can take up to 24 hours for your FIFA points to be added to your account. If they still haven't arrived by then, you'll need to reach out to our live support team with valid proof of purchase, and they'll be able to help you get the FIFA points you're owed. By the way, I assume that this is for FIFA 23 and not FIFA 20? Just wondering in case I need to move it over to the relevant section.
