Fifa 20 ps4 keeps disconnecting

Hello, it was here before maybe, but why does it keep disconnecting me from FUT? Cant play a proper match, it doesnt connect me to fut and when it does it crashes in menu/in game my patience is pretty over since out of my 60 games i have like 40 loses cause of that, tried stuff i found on the internet but doesnt work, paid 60 to get a broken game, very nice... Ea doesnt help, just copy paste the same message over and over again, im pretty desperate, can someone help me please? They wont give me my money back

There is something wrong at their server ends. Lots of people across platforms are experiencing this. I had to organize a static IP from my ISP to try as a final result to fix this and guess what? It has not worked. 

The tech guys at EA WILL NOT HelP!! they will make you reconfigure your entire backend data, ask you to jump through hops and make you do all types of tests and send them tests and then they will tell you its a high ping or there are many timeouts and blah blah but the reality is they don't know why it is happening, instead of flagging this higher up and trying to give us some legitimate insight they keep sending emails with a number of "Troubleshooting" options, which none work. Also, the chat hosts on the tech side are TERRIBLE - I don't know worldwide but the Indian tech guys - WOW they are bad.

@Trynegton same problem with me.. I am pissed of this * problems about UT connectivity over 30 matches same issue just keep disconnecting me..

I'm disconnecting all of the time too how is yours happening? I will join a fut champ or rivals match with 4 green bars and experience no lag whatsoever then it will just freeze and say you lost connection with your opponent and that the result of your match will be reviewed the it returns me to the UT menu. It doesnt kick me out of UT which leads me to believe that it's not my internet. Any feedback helps thanks!

This is exactly what's been happening to me. Hard wired to 100mbps on pc. I've lost credit for at least a dozen games due to disconnecting. So frustrating

Radio silence from EA, guess they dont give a *, wonder how much they'd care if we all * them off next season.

I've too lost so many games, points credit over the last 3 weeks. Mine too is hardwired and yet still kicking out midway through matches.

Theres been plenty of feedback given to EA over this and still not even an acknowledgment, what a shambles!!!!

Try opening the ports on your router. I did it last night and the issue has gone away. Just search open ps4 ports on router. It's pretty easy and there are plenty of online guides

Yeah this is happening to me can play one in 3 games I always get a loss even when winning so frustrating, manages to get division 5 but there is no chance I will get to 4. Why dont they solve this, there is a post saying open all ports etc. Has anyone tried this. It even happens on matches against computer in ultimate team. I think it's the new router flicking between 2.4 and 5. It happens on sky box sets to pauses every 5 to 15 minutes. Might just go back to the old router its was a bit slower but never kicked me off
