EA policies are unacceptable

Dear EA, 

after the last updates of FIFA 20 and Origin I cannot play due the too many disconnections and timeouts.

My computer and Internet connection work perfectly, only FIFA 20 has problems.

Every time I share a concern here in the forum or I contact the EA support I don’t receive any help. 

I can understand that problems occur but you never recompensate who like me cannot play due to YOUR FAULTS. 

This is unacceptable. 

That’s why I will never buy another EA products and I will never suggest someone to buy it.
