cant login to my old email

i no longer have access to my old email. so i made a new one and i cant (log it out) or sign inn with the new one, i keep getting error 4.975 and it says they want to reset my password so i can logg on again

Hi @purplexd If your wanting to link a new PSN account to EA or unlink your EA account and link a new EA account to your existing PSN. You will need to be able to log in to your EA account portal to make changes. 

Please be aware to unlinking accounts does have an effect on your games, progress, saves, etc. I would recommend reading the below help articles about what this does and how to do so. 

• Link Platform accounts to EA Account  
• Unlink your platform accounts from your EA Account 

If you run into issues you will want to speak with our support to look into this further.

@purplexd To confirm are you wanting to update the email on your EA account, or did you make a new EA account altogether?

I actually have the same issue. I have spoken to over 20 different people from ea support via phone chat and email. Each one has told me the same thing. Since I am unable to to access the old email (I do not even remember what it was) they have no way to verify the account is mine and cannot unlink it from my psn. I am permanently unable to play ea games on my profile because of this. EA does not care if gamers are unable to play games on our accounts. I’ve just been using the logins of online friends when I want to play an EA game now. It doesn’t make sense that EA would rather see us all share one login to play rather than sell each of us a copy of their game.
