I received four emails saying I purchased Assassins Creed Unity, FIFA15, Far Cry 4, and FIFA points with my pre saved password on my Origin account. I did not purchase these games. I went straight to origin and changed my password and tried to delete my credit card from it, but it just gave me a generic “Could not Complete” message. I requested a refund on FIFA 15, but the option was not available for the other games. I do not want these games nor do I wish to pay for them. I have been waiting for an hour. I cannot get anyone on the phone or live chat. I tried to call my bank to contest the charges but they are updating their system until 2am. Please help.

Just got through to Origin Help with live chat and got a refund for all three games. Took about an hour for the live chat to connect me to an advisor though.

This happened to me too. I did what the EA help said to do, I got a call and all my purchases refunded no questions asked. It must've been multiple users affected.
