A way out crashes after some minute

I have a problem with the game A way out after the start of the game 5min automatically the game closes without cause before it starts playing it annoys. please help me am new

Hi @nicherboss111 To confirm which platform are you playing on? Some thing to check out for are:

• Closing other games on console or other running apps on PC
• Ensuring your system is up to date
• Unplugging additional USB device not in use and trying to launch and play
