link to psn

I want to link my ea account to my psn, but it tells me i already have account an ea  account connected. I cant remove the other account from psn and i have no idea what account is connected. i was told by sony support it had to be done via ea. Can you help disconnect the unknown account.

Hey @TrolleFar01,

If you've previously had a PSN account linked, then I'm afraid that you won't be able to link a new one to your EA account. As EA account can only have one of a specific platform account linked to it during its lifetime, so if you're looking to link a new PSN ID then I can only recommend that you create a new EA account to link it to.

The problem is i cant see what EA account is connected to my psn... so i cant unlink them please help

How is this a real thing? You're the ONLY service that has this issue. Makes me not want to purchase another EA game again.

Really weird, i logged in successfully on the ea account even if its so old i dont even remember using it.

anyway when i try to link my psn account it says its already linked to *******@disabled.ea.com?

obviously i dont own that email address, ridicilious logic to only allow one accou t to be linked, it says im registered since 2014.

It sounds like your account is linked to an old or disabled EA account. If you need a hand tracking that account down, I'd recommend reaching out to our live support team:

They should be able to help you either get back into that account, or get your PlayStation linked to another EA account so you can get back into your EA games.
