how to answer EA customer support

I think the account details meant id(I did not specify id in the case), ofc I was not going to give the account password.
as I wrote earlier, I already wrote to technical support, and at the case information status is "waiting on player". What should I do? in a letter from customer experience they said that they want to see the details of the account, how can I send them?

@iceflomd Best thing to do is view your cases on help.ea.com and resume the one marked "Waiting on player"
