My account got disabled for violation of terms of service

My EA account got disabled its been more then a month and I learned my lesson I swear I won't trash talk again I just want my account back please help me if u can

I'm afraid we're unable to make any changes to your account on the forums.

If you believe your account was actioned incorrectly you're welcome to create an appeal so our Terms of Service team can look into the situation again.

That said, do keep in mind that if an action was placed on the account correctly due to a ToS violation, that's likely to remain in place even if some time has passed.
