Hello, 

i haven't done anything like that, my account was hacked, I've talked with one of ea guys, and he helped me to change the email adress and regain the account, also talked with other one to get my players back, and got them, i haven t made any purchase since, so the tranferred fifa coins issue that they found is from the hacker.

How can i get my money back?

If your coins have been wiped by our terms of service team, then you'll need to reach out to them to make an appeal for them to reverse their decision. You can contact them via the webform in the following article:
