My account was hacked. profile name changed from AEON to QO668 mysteriously and now i cant log into origin due to an account ban. this means that the hundreds of dollars i have spent on Apex and other various games is now gone. Ive tried going through the what they call "customer service". i filed multiple cases and its just an automated response saying that the account was "actioned correctly"
Has anyone one ever gotten over this and gotten their account back? or is EA and Origin just not competent enough to figure this out or do they just not care about the players enough to actually lift a finger?
