First and Foremost! Ensure your console is clean of dust, has adequate ventilation, and isn't too hot.
Playstation Troubleshooting
1. Turn off Your system completely , let it sit for a few minutes and power it back on.

You can turn off your PS4 system in any of these ways.
Select (Power) from the function screen, and then select [Turn Off PS4].
Select [Power] > [Turn Off PS4] on the quick menu.
Press and hold the power button for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
You can turn off your PS5 in any of these ways
Press the PlayStation Button on the controller to bring up the control panel. Scroll to the right and select the power button, select [Turn off PS5].
Press and hold the power button at the bottom of the PS5 console for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
You can turn off your PS4 system in any of these ways.

2. Make sure your game is up to date .

Highlight the game you want to update and press the Options button on your controller.
Select Check For Update and install any updates that are available.
Reboot your PlayStation.
Go to the PlayStation home screen.

3. Make sure your Console system software is up to date. PS4 / PS5

Select Settings at the top of the PlayStation home screen.
Choose "System Software Update " and allow any system updates to install.
Reboot your PlayStation 4.

Go to Settings > System > System Software > System Software Update and Settings > Update System Software.
Select Update Using Internet.

4. Restore Licenses on your Console .

Select Restore and wait until the operation has been completed and try accessing your content again.

Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Restore Licenses

5. Finding Your Saved Data, Library, and User Data for Deletion if Necessary. PS4 / PS5

Go to Settings > Application Saved Data Management .
Choose either System Storage , Online Storage or USB Storage > Delete.
Select a game and place ticks next to the files you wish to delete or Select All .
Select Delete and then select OK to confirm your decision.
PS5
Go to Settings > Saved Data and Game/App Settings .
Select Saved Data (PS5) or Saved Data (PS4) .
Select Console Storage > Delete.
Check the box next to the files you want to delete and select Delete .
PS4
Go to Settings > Application Saved Data Management.

7. Rebuild Your Database [PS Safe Mode]

Turn off your console by holding the power button for three seconds. The power indicator will blink for a few moments before turning off.
Once the system is off, press and hold the power button again. Release it after you hear the second beep — one beep will sound when you first press, and another seven seconds later.
Connect the controller with the USB cable and press the PS button on the controller.
Select Rebuild Database

Highlight Saved data , select your gamertag, and then select Delete everywhere to delete all saves (local and cloud) for this game to clear corrupted save data, OR
Select Delete all to remove the local save of this game, then follow the prompts to clear the local save only for cloud resync.
Restart your console.
On Home, select My games & apps.
Highlight the game, press the Menu button on your controller, then select Manage game & add-ons.
Highlight Saved data, select your gamertag, and then select Delete everywhere to delete all saves (local and cloud) for this game to clear corrupted save data, OR

You can then reinstall the game by inserting the disc or downloading it again from the Microsoft Store or Xbox Game Pass, or go to My games & apps > Full library .
DLC - Highlight the Sims 4 on the dashboard. Press the Menu button, Select Manage Games and Addons . Install all the DLC from there.
Uninstall
Press the Xbox button to open the guide, then select My games & apps > See all > Games.
Highlight the game you want to uninstall, press the Menu button select Uninstall, and then follow the prompts.
Reinstall
You can then reinstall the game by inserting the disc or downloading it again from the Microsoft Store or Xbox Game Pass, or go to My games & apps > Full library.
DLC - Highlight the Sims 4 on the dashboard. Press the Menu button, Select Manage Games and Addons. Install all the DLC from there.

Select the account you want to remove (the one that’s experiencing the gameplay issue), and then select Remove .
Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Profile & system , select Add or switch , and then select Add new .
Type in the email address and password that you use to access your Microsoft account (the same account you just removed).
Important Make sure that you do not select Get a new account unless that’s what you want to do. If you select Get a new account , you will create a brand-new Microsoft account.
Follow the prompts as the console walks you through account setup steps such privacy info, sign-in, and color preferences until you return to the Home screen.
