Unlocking Lisa in coffee shop

In the new up date I need to unlock Lisa in the coffee shop to get more storage, but it says on mine that I need 1000000 in real estate to unlock her, I cannot do this as to get more real estate I need 25 coffee but without Lisa it only goes up to 20. I have had a look online and it says that really to unlock her I need 15 furniture, 4 coffee and mr burns unlocked which I've done. I've also deleted the app and re downloaded it but that still hasn't changed it

How many deluxe condos do you have? They only cost 15 furniture to make, and add $200,000 to your real estate value each time. 5 of these and you should have enough real estate value to unlock Lisa.
