Glitch since update...

Im hoping im not alone.... Since the springfield heights update my roads, water etc is all a hot mess and i cant move ones that have put themselves on the beach etc etc. Iv lost have my people but the buildings are still there. Iv tried to store the building and put it out again to get people back but half my town vanishes. i have uninstalled the game, rebooted phone, everything i can think of. 

Anyone know if EA is working on this issue.... or has my town has a major and i need to blow her up and try alllllllllll over again??? sigh
